• Items may be returned within 31 days of receiving for exchange or store credit only. Final Sale items and Coupon Sale Items may not be returned for store credit or exchange.
  • Items should be returned new, unused, and with Vuelo Eyewear tags, cleaning clothes, case and box. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • If items are not returned in original condition, you will automatically be charged per item as follows: $10 for per item and 10% restocking fee on each item that will need to be re-packaged due to missing cleaning cloths, case or Box.
  • We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping.
  • Customer is responsible to insure return package and send back with a signature required to assure receipt of return.
  • Vuelo Eyewear is not responsible for any loss or return that has not been insured or signed for.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt.
  • Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
